民办高职核心竞争力培育与提升研究——基于波特五力模型视角

To Nurture and Enhance the Core Competitiveness of Private Vocational College:Based on Porter’s Five Forces Model

目前,我国民办高职教育出现了大发展和大调整现象,业内竞争日益加剧,民办高职既要面对生源市场又要面对就业市场,可见它具有鲜明的市场性。美国学者迈克尔.波特研究所在本行业的战略时提出竞争状况决定于五种基本竞争力量即行业内的竞争者、供应商力量、客户力量、新进入者以及替代威胁力量。本文试图通过波特五力分析模型与民办高职契合点来剖析了高职教育面临的竞争态势,目的是培育和提升民办高职教育的核心竞争力,找到走可持续发展的路径。

At present, China＇s private higher vocational education has a rapid development and big adjustment, and the industry competition is intensified day by day. Private higher vocational colleges should face up to the students market and the job market, so it has distinct marketability. American scholars Michael Potter proposed that the competition depends on five basic competitive forces： the competitors in the industry, supplier power, customer power, new entrants and alternative power threat. This paper tries to analyze the competition situation that higher vocational education face through the meeting point between Porter＇s Five Forces Model and private higher vocational colleges, to cultivate and promote the core competitiveness of private higher vocational education and find the path of sustainable development.
