基于择业观变迁的高校思想政治教育模式研究

Study on the Ideological and Political Education Mode Based on the Employment Outlook Change

本文以择业观变迁为出发点对毕业生的思想政治教育进行研究,打破以往主观式和经验式的研究,引入多学科、多系统的相关理论,通过理论推理和实证分析,提出了一种动态的、交互性循环系统下的锥型教育模式,科学、系统地指导毕业生思想政治教育实践,开拓了新的思想政治教育研究领域,完善了思想政治教育的研究体系,对思想政治教育研究方法论的完善具有一定意义。

Based on the view of employment changes, this paper studies the ideological and political education of graduates, breaks the previous subjective and experience studies, introduces relevant theories of multi subjects and systems, proposes a dynamic conical education mode under interactive circulating system through theoretical and positive analysis to guide the ideological and political education practice, which opens up a new ideological and political education research filed, improves the research system of ideological and political education, and has a certain sianificance to oerfect the method of ideological and nolitical education theory.
