摘要 本研究随机选取了陕西学前师范学院、西北政法大学、西安外国语大学等在读大二、大三学生259名,发放大学生就业状态焦虑和社会支持维度问卷,得出当代大学生就业状态焦虑呈逐年上升趋势;就业焦虑本科生高于专科生,男生高于女生;高年级高于低年级;文科生高于理科生;农村生源学生就业状态焦虑差异尤为显著。主要原因是近年来社会就业难度加大;就业生收入水平较低;社会支持不足等;学生需要的排解焦虑途径是社会支持:社会提供更多的就业岗位;社会、学校、家长能积极帮助联系较多的就业信息和岗位;社会定位、心理辅导、和就业指导也是在读大学生愿意接受的。 This study randomly selected Shaanxi Preschool Teachers College, Northwest University of Politics and Law, Xi'an International Studies University and other reading big two, junior 259, the employment state of anxiety and social support dimensions questionnaire for college students, the college students Employment anxiety showed an upward trend year by year; Employment Anxiety of undergraduate students is higher than that of junior college students, male students in higher grades than low; grade; liberal arts students than science students; employment state anxiety between students in rural areas is particularly significant.The main reason is in recent years the employment difficulty; employment income level is low; the lack of social support, anxiety; students need to untangle way is social support: society to provide more jobs; social, school, parents can actively help link the employment of more information and post; social orientation, psychological counseling, and employment and college students are willing to accept.
