本文通过介绍校内生产性实训基地的基本概念,探讨校内生产性实训基地的特点,通过讨论如何加强校内生产性实训基地的建设,得出加强校内生产性实训基地建设的现实意义所在。只有加强校内生产性实训基地建设,才能达到满足高等职业教育发展的需要;只有加强校内生产性实训基地建设,才能实现高等职业教育培养目标,培养从事本专业实际工作的全面素质和综合职业能力,在生产、建设、管理、服务第一线工作的高素质、高技能应用型人才。

Through the introduction of the basic concepts of productive training base in school, this paper made discussion on the characteristics of productive practice base, and obtained the realistic significance for strengthen the construction of productive training base by exploring the ways of strengthening campus the production training base construction. Only by strengthening the school productian training base construction, can we achieve the needs of meeting the development of higher vocational education; realize the objectives of higher vocational education, to train high-quality, high-skill applied talents who are engaged in the practical work.
