摘要
近年来,食品安全事故频发,食品安全信息不透明,因此完善食品安全信息公开制度成了当务之急。《食品安全法》虽然在信息公开方面做出了相关规定,但没从根本上解决信息公开制度的先天缺陷,食品安全信息公开制度存在着法律基础薄弱、公开主体分散、公开渠道落后、公开范围模糊、缺乏救济制度等方面的不足,为了提高食品安全信息公开力度,应当明确公民知情权法律地位,完善信息公开法律体系,增加食品信息公开内容,逐步建立统一的信息公开平台,建立健全政府信息公开的监督救济制度,以保障公众的食品消费安全。
Recent years,because of food safety accidents and the opaque food safety, improving the information disclosure system of food safety has become a priority. Although "The food safety law of the people's Republic of China" are made in terms of information disclosure, the birth defects of the information disclosure system has not a fundamental solution. There is weak legal basis, open agent distributed, open channels of backward, opert range ambiguity and lack of relief system in the food safety information disclosure system. In order to improve food safety public information efforts and the public safety of food consumption ,it should be made clear on the legal status of citizens" right to learn the truth, improving the legal system of information disclosure, increasing food information disclosure, establishing a unified open platform gradually, establishing the government information disclosure supervision and relief system.
