摘要
文章基于建设工程业主方角度,从工程建设项目全过程各个环节出发,对可能引起工程项目造价纠纷的成因进行分类,并明确其对造价纠纷的作用机理。为建设业主方在项目实施全过程各环节中有针对性,有目的性地预防造价纠纷提供依据,对可能造成纠纷的因素进行防范和控制。
Based on the point of view of construction project owner side, starting from the each link of engineering construction project entire process, this paper ciassifies the cause of the disputes of causing project cost, and identifies its mechanism to the cost of dispute, providing basis to prevent cost dispute for construction owner in each link of entire process of project implementation, so as to carry out prevention and control on the factors of causing the dispute.
