摘要
会理县城关镇古城保护区因其商贸、民居、区段范围、文化背景的特点现状,给修缮工程项目的组织实施带来了一定困难。本文通过分析古城保护修缮工程在实施阶段所面临的困难,从工程项目管理、施工图设计、施工组织、档案管理方面入手,提出了相关工程管理实施建议。
The situations of commerce, residence, range, cultural background which characterized by Chengguan ancient town, a protection area of Huili county, have bring certain difficulties in organization and implementation of the renovation project. Through the analysis of the difficulties in the implementation stage of the renovation project, this article puts forward suggestions for the project management from the aspects of project management, construction design, construction organization, file management and so on.
