School-enterprise cooperation is an important way of the construction of economic management majors in higher vocational colleges. This article, through actual investigation on the teachers and students, cooperative enterprises and brother colleges of economic and management majors in higher vocational colleges, got the basic situation of school-enterprise cooperation of economic and management major in higher vocational colleges, to provide a basis for establishment of stable cooperation relation.
