职业生涯规划对大学生就业选择的影响研究——基于江苏高校大学生就业调查的分析

The Research of Ocupption Career Planning Impacting on the College Students' Employment Selection:The Analysis Based on the Investigation of the College Students' Employment in Jiangsu Province

高校毕业生就业问题一直以来受到党和国家的高度重视,受到全社会的高度关注。提升大学生的就业能力是解决好大学生就业问题的关键。本文通过对高校在校大学生开展职业生涯规划状况与大学生就业选择关系的问卷调查,发现大学生在大学期间有否认真做过职业生涯规划对于他们的就业意识、就业定位、就业能力、就业预期等有着显著影响。并据此提出了加强大学生职业生涯规划教育的建议。

The employment problem of the graduation from high school is paid attention highly by the Party, State and the whole society traditionally. It＇s the key of soluting the problem of improving the graduation from high school employment abilities. Through the investigation of the relation of the college students occuption career plan and their employment selection, the author tries to find if the college students occuption career plan situation will strongly influence their job sense, job position, job abilities and job expect. The author will put forward the suggestion of enhancing the college students occuption career plan education based on the investigation.
