摘要
校企合作育人中的双主体人才培养质量监控体系,指学校和企业做为两个主体,在培养学生的整个过程,从人才培养方案的制订、双师团队的构建、实验实训的开展、课程教学的设计、以及岗位能力达标测试,毕业实习考核中"准员工"证书的引入,双方合作采取一系列的措施,加强人才培养过程的监控,以确保校企合作共同培养出合格的企业需要的人才的质量监控体系。
The quality control system of double subject talent training in school-enterprise cooperation education refers to the school and enterprise, as the two main body, take a series of measures to strengthen monitoring of personnel training process and train qualified talents enterprises need from the personnel training plan development, double-teacher team construction, experimental training development, curriculum design, and post ability standard test and the introduction of "prospective employee" certificate in internship assessment, in the process of cultivating students.
