摘要
为了研制出适合煤矿井下水平定向钻进的定向钻机,文章对ZYWL-6000D型水平定向钻机的关键元部件动力头进行了研究;文章通过类比法确定了动力头总体结构,并利用斜面增力机构设计了新型制动装置,利用液控单向阀设计了新型开闭可控式胶套卡盘,并通过双通道配油套实现了对卡盘的控制;样机实验室实验中,动力头的最大传递转矩达到6901N.m,制动装置制动转矩达到4002N.m;样机工业型试验中,动力头累计无故障钻进14000米;实验室实验和工业性试验结果表明,该动力头整体性满足煤矿井下千米定向钻进施工要求。
The head power is the key component of the ZYWL-6000D horizontal directional drilling machine used in coal mining. By analogy method, the structure of the power head is schemed, and a slope force-amplifier is used in braking, the rubber sleeve chuck in controlled by a pilot-controlled check valve to open and close through a double-channel distributor, in the experiment of the model machine, the maximum torque of the head power is up to 6901N.m, the braking force is up to 4002N.m. In the industrial test, the drilling machine has drilled more than 14000m, and the head power works well. The experimentation and the industrial test show that the head power is qualified to drill with the horizontal directional drilling machine.
