合福客专闽赣段隧道组合中空锚杆施工技术研究

摘要 合福客专闽赣段穿越江西省东部、福建省东北部地区,地势起伏大、地质条件复杂,隧道比高达59%,施工安全风险高。组合中空锚杆支护措施大量在本线隧道工程中应用,文章通过施工现场大量的工艺性试验,总结了隧道组合中空锚杆施工工艺流程、工艺要点及质量控制要点。利用HD110Z潜孔钻车钻孔,设备结构紧凑、施工方便快捷、准确高效,改善了作业环境,对规范隧道组合中空锚杆施工作业,控制施工质量具有一定的指导作用。 Min-Gan part of Hefei-Fuzhou passenger line through the east of Jiangxi provinc and the northeast of Fujian Province, with the largely undulating terrain and complexly geological conditions, the tunnel proportion is up to 59%, and construction safety risk is high. The combination hollow bolt applied in tunnels, this article based on the many craft trials, summarized the workflow of construction technology, craft points and quality control points. Drilling used HDllOZ at the scene, compact structure, conveniently and quickly, accurately and efficiently, improved the operating environment, has a certain effect on stipulating the construction operations of combination hollow bolt and controlling the quality.
