摘要
文章从目前国有企业家现行管理培育机制的实践探索出发,剖析国有企业家人才市场、领导者的选拔评价机制、教育培训机制、激励保障机制、约束制约机制几方面所存在的主要问题,从营造国有企业企业家成长的良好氛围、建立和完善企业家市场、拓宽选任渠道、完善考核评价方式、健全培养管理体系、强化激励机制、建立健全监督制约机制几方面给出合理化建议。
From the practical exploration on current nurture mechanism of entrepreneurial management, the main problems were analyzed in aspects, such as state-owned entrepreneurial talent market, leader's selection and evaluation mechanisms, education and training mechanisms, incentives safeguard mechanism and restraining mechanism, and the reasonable suggestions were put forward from creating a good atmosphere for the growth of state-owned enterprises, establishing and improving the entrepreneurial market, broadening elective channels, perfecting appraisal mode and training management system, strengthening incentive mechanism and establishing and improving the mechanism of supervision and restraining.
