多项目管理继承了单项目管理中的理论和方法,不同的是,多项目管理是一个平衡的过程,在这个过程里,诸多的因素制约着多个项目实施的成败,那么,如何控制这个平衡的过程,使得各项目在项目实施的过程中有效平衡资源、协调推进,正是本文的出发点,详细介绍了多个项目在同业务领域内,项目管理实施中存在的难点以及如何应对。
Multi-project management inherited the theory and methods of single project management, and compared with single project management, multi-project management is a balancing process, and many factors restrict the success of implementation of the project, so strating from how to control the balance of the process, making each project effectively balance resources and promote coordinately in the implementation of the project, this article made a detailing introductin to the existing difficuhies in the implementation of multiple project management within the same business area and solutions.
