摘要
随着数字技术的发展和经济的全球化,企业的成败往往不是单纯由自身决定,很大程度上取决于其所身处的商业生态系统。文章以商业生态系统形成和发展的两个阶段,从核心企业商业模式和资源平台两个维度去探讨其经营策略。
With the development of digital technology and the globalization of the economy, the success or failure of the enterprise is often not determined by itself, largely depends on the business ecosystem which they live in. This paper explores the business strategy from the core enterprise business model and resource platform, with the formation and development of the business ecosystem.
