摘要
先进合理的生产组织管理是现代企业的必备条件之一。对于多品种中小批的生产企业而言实现生产的合理化尤为困难。为此介绍了企业产品的ABC分析法,以此科学地进行生产的组织管理,是实现生产合理化的投资少,效益高的有效途径。
Advanced and reasonable production organization and management is one of the necessary conditions of modern enterprises. For many varieties of small batch of production enterprises, to realize the production is very difficult. This paper introduces the ABC analysis method of enterprise product, in order to conduct organizational management scientifically, is the effective way to less investment and high efficiency of realizing the rationalization of production.
