摘要
我国高级人才、企业人才、教育人才、农村人才及少数民族人才缺口巨大,国民受教育程度比例远远不能适应现代社会发展的需要。大学生就业难,遍地都是大学生,据估算全国至少有一百多万名毕业生要面对"一毕业,即待业"的窘境。是由于资源的不合理配置所致,中国大学在教育、指导学生树立正确的就业价值观上,存在严重问题,中国学生不会自己推销自己,出卖自己,在市场上插上草标,把自己标个好价钱,让买主———企业雇主,来把你买回去,很多大学生不了解目前严峻的就业形势,对社会的期望值过高,就业观念不能与时俱进。
In China, senior personnel, enterprise talent, education personnel, rural and ethnic minority talents are short. National education falls far behind the needs of the development of modern society. However, there are college students everywhere. They have difficulty in employment. According to the estimate, in the whole nation, there are at least 1 million graduates who face with employment difficulty. One reason is unreasonable disposition of resources. Another reason is that there are many problems existing in the education of college students. They can not show their competence to employer, and do not know the severe employment situation, and are overly expectant from society, and the employment idea is backward.
