摘要
教师素质的高低直接或间接影响着教师和学生的发展。文中从教育理想是前提、不断学习是基础、教学实践是沃土、教学反思是途径四个方面展开,对提高教师素质做了相应的思考。
Teacher quality directly or indirectly effects on the development of teachers and students. The paper studies how to improve teacher's quality that the educational ideals is the prerequisite, continuous learning is fertile ground, teaching practice is the base and teaching reflection is the way.
