随着新型城镇化的发展,农村人口城乡间流动加快,必然对正在实施的城乡义务教育资源均衡配置产生重要影响。对这一问题认真研究并提出相应对策是加快推进城乡义务教育均衡,贯彻落实科学发展观,构建和谐社会的必然要求。

With the development of the new urbanization, the population flow between country and city is accelerating. It must have great influence on the balanced configuration of rural and urban compulsory education resources. The paper studies the issue and puts forward the corresponding measures to accelerate the balance of rural and urban compulsory education, implement scientific outlook on development and build harmonious society.
