摘要
现阶段我国的公务员制度处于改革和发展的时期,注重绩效对进一步完善我国的公务员制度有着积极作用,这就使得实行科学的考绩制度显得日益必要和紧迫。本文通过概述近期中美两国在公务员制度发展的不同轨迹,试图通过对中美两国公务员考绩制度的比较来探索其在公务员制度上理念、方法和内容等方面的差异。
