职业女性继续教育的调查与思考

Investigation into and Reflections on Career Women's Further Education

通过重点调查研究知识女性接受继续教育的状况及原因，可知：职业女性培训进修的机会比男性少；职业女性培训进修的愿望不太强烈，其主要原因是家务拖身；大部分女性认为重男轻女现象普遍存在；多数女性认为男人的事业比女人的事业更重要；由于各种压力，部分女性出现身心疲劳等不良状态。因此，应大力宣传现代女性角色现，唤起女性对自我潜能的认识，加强女性心理素质教育，根据女性特点安排女性继续教育计划，不断提高女性整体素质。

Investigation into the current state and motive of career women's further education shows that carer women have fewer opportunities for further training than men, and their desire for receiving such training is not strong, and the chief reason for this is that they are heavily burdened with household chores. Investigaion also shows that regarding men as superior to women is a common Phenomenon, and most women think men's career is more important than theirs. Some women suffer Physical and psychological exhaustion due to over-burden. Therefore modern idea of women's role should be propagandized to arouse their awareness of their potential, and women's psychological quality education should be strengthened.
