摘要
目的探讨磷酸酯化银耳多糖对化学损伤小鼠造血功能的影响。方法分别采用阿糖胞苷和环磷酰胺构造化学损伤的动物模型,观察磷酸酯化银耳多糖在10 mg/kg、30 mg/kg、60 mg/kg三个剂量时对化学损伤小鼠造血功能的影响。结果磷酸酯化银耳多糖高、中、低三个剂量均能够拮抗阿糖胞苷引起的小鼠WBC数目降低,经统计学处理差异有显著性(P<0.05)。尤以30 mg/kg剂量组效果最为显著(P<0.01)。从骨髓DNA水平变化看,磷酸酯化银耳多糖高、中、低三个剂量组相对于阿糖胞苷组均有增加的趋势,其中30 mg/kg剂量组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。磷酸酯化银耳多糖高、中、低三个剂量均能够拮抗环磷酰胺引起的小鼠WBC数目降低,经统计学处理差异有显著性(P<0.01)。从骨髓DNA水平变化看,磷酸酯化银耳多糖高、中、低三个剂量组相对于环磷酰胺组均有增加的趋势,其中60mg/kg剂量组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论磷酸酯化银耳多糖可以减轻化疗药物对小鼠造血功能的损伤,拮抗白细胞的降低。
Objective To explore the effect of phosphate polysaccharides from Tremella fuciformis on hematopoietie function in chemical injured mice. Methods The animal models of chemical injury were established by application of cytarabine and eyclophosphamide, and the effect of phosphate polysaceharides from Tremella fuciformis in dosages of 10 mg/kg, 30 mg,/kg and 60 mg/kg on hematopoietic function in chemical in- jured mice had been observed. Results High, medium and low three dosages of phosphate polysaceharides from Tremella fueiformis can antago- nize the decrease of number of white blood cells in mice caused by eytarabine. After statistical processing, the difference between these results was significant( P 〈0.05 ). Especially, the effect of 30 mg/kg dosage group was most remarkable( P 〈 0.01 ). The change in DNA level of bone marrow in high, medium and low three dosages groups of phosphate polysaceharides from Tremella fuciformis showed increasing trend related to cyt- arabine group, and the difference in 30 mg/kg dosage group was the most remarkable ( P 〈 0.05 ). High, medium and low three dosages of phos- phate polysaeeharides from Tremella fuciformis can antagonize the decrease of number of white blood cells in mice caused by cyclophosphamide . After statistical processing, the difference in results was significant( P 〈0.01 ). From the change of DNA level of bone marrow, the high, medi- um and low three dosages groups of phosphate polysaccharides from Tremella fuciformis had increasing trend related to eyclophosphamide group, and the difference of 60 mg/kg dosage group was most remarkable ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Phosphate polysaccharides from Tremella fuciformis can reduce the injury on hematopoietic function in chemical injured mice, and it may antagonize the decrease of number of white blood cells.
