摘要
以制造商成本最低为目标,建立了制造商分别在不实施延迟生产和实施延迟生产时的成本模型,并运用排队论中M/M/1扩展模型对其总生产成本进行优化。通过仿真及敏感性分析,发现客户单位时间等待成本和定制产品种类数是影响制造商总成本的重要因素。这为制造商正确地选择CODP点位置提供理论支撑,同时为制造商实施延迟策略提供决策依据。
Production cost for mass customization manufacturers with postponed strategies adopted or not is addressed in this paper. Models are established for both cases. Then, an extending M/M/1 queuing model is applied to minimize the total cost of production. Through simulation and sensitivity analysis, it is shown that the customers' waiting time and the number of product categories have significant effect on the total cost for the manufacturers. This provides a theoretical support for the manufacturers to correctly determine customer order decoupling point (CODP). Thus, it is a basis for a manufacturer to make decision in im- plementing a postponed strategy.
