摘要
根据双抗原夹心ELISA检测方法,结合化学发光检测体系建立了检测血清中PRRSV抗体的化学发光免疫分析方法,确定了检测体系中所用各组成部分的浓度,并组装为试剂盒,同时对试剂盒的灵敏度、特异性、精密度、准确性、稳定性等技术参数与酶联免疫分析进行了对比,结果表明,二者的检测值显著相关,相关系数为0.9486。该试剂盒在2~8℃下可保存1年,并且灵敏度高、特异性强、精密度好,操作简便、耗时短,能准确检测出血清中抗体的浓度。
According to the double antigen sandwich ELISA detection methods combined with chemiluminescence detection system antibody PRRS chemiluminescence immunoassay method in serum was established, and the experiment to determine the detection system used in each part for assembly kit, and the sensitivity of the kit, specificity, precision, accuracy, stability and other technical parameters were studied. This kit was compared with enzyme- linked immunoassay, the kit measurements and enzyme -linked immunoassay measurements were significantly associated with correlation coefficient of 0. 9486. This kit at 4 to 8 ℃ can save 1 year, and had high sensitivity, strong specificity, precision, and at the same time, the operation was simple, the time was short, can be applied to accurate detection of serum antibody concentration.
