摘要 通过柳南客运专线铁路粟村双线特大桥6×32m连续梁采用满堂支架分次现浇的施工方法,研究了地基基础处理—支架搭设—支架预压—梁体立模—梁体浇筑及养护的总体施工方案,论述多跨度支架现浇连续梁混凝土浇筑前的施工准备,劳动力与机械配置,混凝土搅拌、运输、浇筑资源配置等工序组织安排以及混凝土浇筑总体上遵循由低处向高处,纵桥向顺序从墩顶开始向跨中推进,呈对角式浇筑的分次浇筑施工组织等技术。 In this paper, a brief introduction is done on full-framing sequenced cast-in-place construction method for 6 x 32 meters continuous beam of Sncun double-line super-major bridge on Liunan Passenger Dedicated Line. Research is made on overall construction scheme for foundation treatment--framing erection--framing preloading--beam body mould erection--beam body pouring and curing. Moreover, a discussion is made on construction preparation, labor and me- chanical configuration, concrete mixing, transporting, pouring resource allocation process before concreting the multi- span framing cast-in-place continuous beam and sequenced cast-in-place construction organization and management te- chonolgy that concreting shall follow the sequence from low to high as a whole and from pier top to span middle in the longitudinal direction of the bridge and the diagonal mode.
