摘要
鉴于柴油车的氮氧化物(NOx)和微粒(PM)较高,而两者之间又存在此消彼长的矛盾,通过分析NOx和PM的生成基理,从燃油,柴油机改进以及尾气后处理系统三方面论述了NOx和PM排放的影响因素及控制措施,并针对重型压燃式发动机国Ⅳ和国Ⅴ阶段排放标准,比较了目前国际较为通用的优化燃烧+选择性催化还原控制策略,以及废气再循环+颗粒过滤器控制策略这2种技术路线的优缺点。
In diesel engine the NOxand PM emission are relatively high, and these two pollutants have the conflict of trade-off. After the formation mechanism of NOx and PM is studied, the effect factor and control measures from the aspects of fuel, diesel engine and after-treatment system are described. According to the China-IV and China-V stage emission control standard for the heavy duty com- pression ignition engines, the advantage and disadvantage of combustion optimization which is common used + SCR technology and EGR + DPF control treasure are compared.
