摘要
研究了天然气(LNG)发动机点火提前角与燃料当量比对燃料消耗率的综合影响,对点火过程的各阶段进行了分析,对不同当量比的混合气燃烧过程进行了对比,通过改变点火提前角和燃料当量比,得到不同工况下发动机的点火提前特性和燃料调整特性,本次试验数据表明:在各工况下,要获得最低的燃料消耗率,点火提前角与燃料当量比均存在一个最佳值,选择较合适的点火提前角与燃料当量比,使天然气发动机可以兼顾低速动力性与高速经济性。
he study of ignition advance angle and fuel air equivalence ratio on the comprehensive effect of the fuel consumption rate in natural gas (LNG) engine is made. The various stages of the ignition process are analyzed, and the combustion processes were com- pared for different stoichiometric ratio of mixed gas. By changing the ignition advance angle and fuel air ratio, the characteristics of ig- nition advance angle and fuel consumption in the engine are obtained under different working conditions. The test data show that: in different working conditions, to obtain the lowest fuel consumption rate, ignition advance angle and fuel air equivalence ratio have an optimum value, and in the natural gas engine if suitable ignition advance angle and fuel air equivalence ratio are chosen both the power in low speed and economy in high speed can be obtained.
