摘要
本文以电控高压共轨柴油发动机为平台,从多个方面对基本比例积分微分(PID)控制算法进行了改进,开发出了共轨柴油发动机定转速控制策略,并且对PID控制的比例、积分和微分参数进行了合理整定,发动机调速试验表明,该PID控制策略完全能满足内燃机发电机组国家标准中G3性能等级的各项瞬态和稳态指标要求。
In this paper we developed the constant speed control strategy for high pressure common rail diesel engine by the improved PID control algorithm in many ways, and adjusted the coefficient of the proportion, integration and differentiation. The engine experi- ment showed that the constant speed control strategy could meet the national standard of the internal combustion engine generating sets in G3 not only at transient state but also at steady state.
