摘要
将通用集成电路仿真程序(PSPICE)仿真技术引入到压电式共轨电子控制单元的硬件设计中,对压电晶体充电、放电核心驱动电路进行了PSPICE仿真,对充电、放电限流电感值的大小进行了PSPICE高级参数扫描分析,仿真结果与实际驱动电路输出相比较表明,PSPICE仿真与实际情况基本吻合,且给出了充电、放电限流电感的合理参数值。
Popular simulation program with integrated circuit emphasis (PSPICE) simulation technology is applied to the piezoelectric Electric Control Unit (ECU) hardware design, Carry out the simulation of the critical charge and discharge circuit and PSPICE advanced parameter sweep analysis for the value of the limit current inductance. It is showed that the simulation result basically coincides with the real output of the drive circuit and obtain the reasonable value of the limit current inductance in the charge and discharge circuit.
