不同喷油器对柴油机性能影响的试验研究

Experimental Study on Impact of Different Injectors for Diesel Engine Performance

摘要 采用6组不同参数喷油器对某四缸机(机械泵)进行配机试验,并分别进行性能试验和稳态试验循环(ESC)排放测试试验。试验数据表明,选择小孔径、大流量喷油器在没有废气再循环(EGR)的情况下能有效降低烟度和颗粒排放,并使发动机排放水平接近国Ⅲ排放法规标准。 Performance and ESC(European Stationary Cycle) emission test experiments were made using six batches of injectors with dif- ferent parameters for one four cylinders mechanical pump diesel engine. According to the test data, injectors which have smaller orifice and higher flow can reduce soot and PM emission, and this engine' s emission level was close to Chinese stage Ⅲ emission legislation without EGR system.
