肺炎支原体感染血清中IL-2、sIL-2R水平的检测及意义

目的 :对 2 5例肺炎支原体感染血清中 IL - 2、s IL - 2 R水平的检测及其意义的研究。方法 :采用双抗体夹心法对2 5例肺炎支原体感染急性期 (经血清明胶凝集法检测抗体效价 >1∶ 80确诊 )血清中的 IL- 2、s IL- 2 R进行检测。结果 :与正常人比较 ,MP感染急性期血清中的 IL- 2的表达降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,s IL- 2 R的表达明显升高 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :MP感染病人早期出现暂时的细胞免疫功能低下。其他免疫力低下的慢性疾病易合并

Objective Study on inter leukin-2 and souble inter leukin 2 receptor levels in patients with mycoplasmas pneumonia.Method In this study serum IL-2、sIL-2R levels were measured by enzyme linked immune sandwich assay(ELISA) technigue in 25 patients with MP infection of acute stage and 15 health people were as control,and we analysis their correlation.Result That the serum sIL-2R level in patients was obviously higher than that in nermal centrols (P<0 01).The serum IL-2 level in the patients was lower than that in normal centrol (P<0 05).Conclusion We draw conclusion that there is imbalanee of cytokine production in the patients with MP which results in effects on a series of cell immune and humoral immune reponse.Which may play a importart role in the pathogenesis of MP.
