摘要
本文通过文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法等方法对学生体能进行实验分析,选用四项指标进行测试,通过对比,实验组和对照组之间存在显著差异,多球练习对发展学生体能具有良好的效果,并针对教学中出现的状况提出相应的建议,以期对中学体育教学和学校羽毛球的开展提供一定的借鉴。
Through using the method of literature review, experiment and mathematical statistics, this paper makes analysis on college students'physical fitness, and selects four indexes for testing. By comparison, the control group and experimental group have significant difference. The multi-ball-practice-method has good effect on developing students'physical fitness. Based on condition of teaching, some suggestions are put forward in order to provide the reference for middle school physical education teaching and badminton development.
