摘要
目前大学生体质连年下降举国关注。依据《学生体质健康标准试行方案与实施办法》、《体育活动等级量表》和李克特量表,对800名大学生进行了相关测量和调查,并对测查结果加以客观的数理统计与比较分析。结果发现:不少大学生肥胖、超重或体重较低,尤其男生超重、肥胖或营养不良的比例偏高;女生的运动态度较男生消极;大学生对体育课需求倾向得分最高的选项是"愉悦身心",反映其健身目标较为单一、片面、缺乏长远追求;不同性别和年级的大学生课外参与体育俱乐部和自主锻炼,在每周参与次数、每次参与时间和锻炼强度上的差异均具显著性。上述种种,揭示了大学生体质持续下降的成因。因此,大学生转变锻炼方式,培养健全体育意识和良好健身习惯,势在必行。建议:参照大学生锻炼方式转变结构图实施高校体育教育,"快乐体育"、"终身体育",最终回归"健康第一"。
Nowadays,it has drawn nationwide attention that the constitution of college students is declining year by year.According to Students' Health Standard Pilot Programs and Implementation Measures,Sports Activities Rating Scale and Likert Scale,this paper gave related measurement and investigation to 800 students,and carried out objective mathematical statistics,comparison and analysis of the testing results.The results showed that quite a few students are obese,overweight or lower weightily,especially the proportion is higher that male students suffer from overweight,obesity or malnutrition;female students' attitude to sports is not as positive as male students;the option with the highest score of students' needing tendency is "mental and physical pleasure",which reflects their bodybuilding,relatively undiversified,one-sided and lacking of long-term pursuit;when students of different genders and grades participate in extra-curricular sports clubs and independent exercise,the differences in the number of times of weekly participation,the time of each participation and exercise intensity are significant.All these reveal the causes of the continued decline of college students' constitution.Therefore it is imperative that college students transform the form of exercise and develop sound sports consciousness and good fitness habits.Re-commendation: referring the structure diagram of the transform of the college students' exercise methods,implement college physical education,Happy Sports,Lifetime Sports,and return to Health First eventually.
