Clinical analysis of pneumonectomy for 86 cases with lung cancer

目的 :探讨肺癌全肺切除的治疗价值。方法 :对 86例肺癌全肺切除患者进行回顾性分析。结果 :术后 1、3、5年生存率分别为 87%、44 %、2 8%。结论

Objective To study the effect of pneumonectomy for the cases with lung cancer.Method To 86 cases with lung cancer who were underwent by the pneumonectomy were retrospectively analysed.Results Survival rate was respectively 87%,44%and 28%in a year,three years and five years after the pneumonectomy.Conclusion Pneumonectomy is surely a valuable way for the cases with lung cancer,especially for the cases with the squamous cell carcinoma.
