目的 :探讨血液透析对患者血中一氧化氮 (NO)的影响。方法 :采用比色法对血透病人透析前和透析结束时血中亚硝酸盐和硝酸盐 (NO2 / NO3)进行测定。结果 :血液透析前 NO2 / NO3明显高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,血液透析后能使血清中 NO明显减少 (P<0 .0 1) ,但仍高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :血液透析具有清除

Objective To investigate the influence which hemodialysis has on NO in patient's plasma.Methods To measure NO 2/NO 3 in patient's plasma before hemodialysis and after hemodialysis.Using colorimetric analysis.Results NO 2/NO 3 consistency in plasma in patient's group is obviously higher than that in control group before hemodialysis(P<0 01).NO consistency reduce distinctly after hemodialysis(P<0 01)Control group(P<0 01).Conclusion Hemodialysis can remove NO in plasma
