目的 :介绍儿科合理使用抗菌药物的一些基本原则。方法 :讨论抗菌药物后效应、时间依赖性和浓度依赖性抗菌药物以及细菌耐药问题与合理使用抗菌药物的关系。结果 :抗菌药物使用的各个因素是相互关联相互依存的。结论 :合理使用抗菌药物应考虑诸多因素。

Objective:To introduce the essential principles of antimicrobial agents in the pediatric. Method:Discuss the relations between the rational use of antimicrobial agents and the post effect, time dependence, concentration dependence, resistent of antimicrobial agents. Results:A variaty of factors of the antimicrobial use are interrelated and interdependent. Conclusion:The various factors in the rational use of antimicrobial agents should be considered.
