Exploration on the Application of Lishui City Agricultural Technology 110 Information System

探索丽水山区农村农业科技信息的应用途径,提出丽水农技110"三电合一"信息应用模式。该模式立足网络传递、农民信箱、电视媒介、热线咨询、视频点播、远程教育、电子商务、农业管理等方面,以构建交互立体式农村农业信息应用综合平台。其意义在于提高全市农业科技和信息化水平,增强农民科技信息化意识,提高科技信息对建设新农村的贡献率有积极促进作用。

In this article, the application approaches of agricultural science and technology information in Lishui rural mountainous areas were explored, and the information application model called agricultural technology 110 ＂three electfics gather one＂ was proposed. This model focused on aspects of network transmission, farmers＇ mailbox, TV media, and hotline, video on demand, distance education, electronic commerce, and agricultural management, so as to build an interactive three-dimensional integrated platform for rural and agricultural information application. Its significance lied in improving the level of agricultural science and technology and informatization, enhancing farmers＇ awareness of scientific and technological information, and improving contribution rate of the information technology in the construction of new countryside.
