摘要
影响顶岗实习教学质量的主要因素,一是参与顶岗实习的"三主体"企业、学校、学生的思想认识不到位、职责不明确、积极性不高;二是在顶岗实习的组织、管理、考核"三环节"中缺乏规范的制度体系和运行机制。要提高顶岗实习教学质量,必须提高"三主体"的思想认识,明确职责,建立"三环节"的规章制度,使"三主体"与"三环节"深度融合,形成顶岗实习教学稳定、有序运行的长效机制。
There are two factors influencing the quality of working practice greatly. Firstly, the enterprise, college and students, namely three subjects, haven' t got the good understanding for working practice. Furthermore, their duties and enthusiasm haven' t been defined and explored. Secondly, there is lack of normative system and operational mechanism in organization, management and evaluation, namely three links, of working practice. Hence, in order to improve the quality of working practice, we have to deepen the three subjects' understanding of working practice, define their duties clearly, and set up the regulations and rules for three links. In this way, the three subjects and three links can be merged deeply, which would set up the effective mechanism which could keep the working practice operating stably and orderly.
