Analysis on the Paths to Green Mine Construction and Some Relevant Policy Suggestions

绿色矿山建设是转变矿业发展方式、保证矿业健康持续发展的必然选择,是推动落实矿山企业社会责任的重要手段,发挥着企业社会责任认证的作用。矿山企业落实社会责任的基本路径:强化矿山企业社会责任的法律制度约束;加强责任舆论监督;加强责任意识的政府培育。政策建议:绿色矿山建设应以管理变革为突破口;注重培育企业社会责任意识;针对小型矿山的实际,尽快制定具体的、严格规范的标准和要求。

The construction of green mine is not only the inevitable choice for changing the mode of development and guaranteeing the healthy and continuous development of mining industry, but also the important means for implementing mining corporate social responsibility ,as well playing a big role in corporate social responsibility certification. This paper points out that restrictions of relevant legal system must be enforced; both supervision of public opinion and consciousness of government＇s responsibility cultivation must be strengthened. It is suggested that the construction of green mine should take management and change as breakthrough; make great efforts on fostering enterprise society responsibility consciousness; set specific, strict and normative standards and requirements as soon as possible based on the situation of small-sized mines.
