三叉神经受压部位对微血管减压治疗三叉神经痛疗效的影响

The influence of the site of the conflict along the trigeminal nerve on the prognosis of microvascular decompression inpatients with primary trigeminal neuralgia

目的研究微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛患者中,三叉神经受血管压迫部位对手术疗效的影响。方法回顾性分析37例接受微血管减压手术治疗的原发性三叉神经痛患者资料,37例中男14例,女23例,年龄42~73岁,平均为56.2岁,均接受微血管减压手术。结果术中所见三叉神经受压部位不同手术预后不同,血管压迫三叉神经根部入脑干处（REZ）患者,预后明显好于其他患者。结论原发性三叉神经痛患者术中见血管压迫三叉神经根部入脑干处,预示微血管减压术后可以取得良好效果。

Objective To demonstrate the influence of intraoperative detection of the site of the conflict along the trigeminal nerve on the prognosis of microvascular decompression in patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods Retrospectively reviewed the 37 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia who were treated by microvascular decompression（MVD）.There were 14 male and 23 female,and the mean age was 56.2 years（range from 42 to 73 years）.37 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia were treated with microvascular decompression.Results Intraoperative detection of the site of the conflict along trigeminal nerve affected the prognosis in MVD surgery.The patients whose neurovascular compression was found intraoperative at the root entryzone got better outcome than others.Conclusion The patient whose neurovascular compression is found intraoperative at the root entry zone will most likely benefit from MVD surgery.
