乳腺癌改良根治术并Ⅰ期假体植入乳房重建疗效观察
摘要
乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤，近年来患者有年轻化的趋势，严重威胁妇女的健康llJ。随着微创活检技术的开展，乳腺癌的早诊断、早治疗成为可能．手术治疗是乳腺癌重要的治疗手段，相对早期的乳腺癌根治术，乳腺癌保乳手术可以最大程度的保留乳房的外观而不降低手术的治疗效果，所以成为近几年来得到大力推广的新术式圈，为了最大程度的保证患者的生存质量，我院自2006年起开展了乳腺癌改良根治术并I期假体植入乳房重建，取得满意效果。现报道如下。
