摘要 目的讨论超敏C反应蛋白在高血压发病中的作用机制。方法对我科78例患者进行回顾性诊断分析,与70例患者进行对照分析,观察血清CRP水平。结果两组患者的年龄和BMI相比差异不显著,无统计学意义,收缩压(t=5.462,P=0.002)和脉压(t=3.254,P=0.023)两组差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),hs-CRP两组相比,差异显著(t=1.268,P=0.008),具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CRP与炎性反应在高血压的发展过程中具有重要作用,在高血压患者的血清中含量较高,可以为高血压病诊断及检测方面的检测指标。 Objective Discuss the mechanism of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the pathogenesis of hypertension.Method Retrospective diagnostic analysis of 78 patients in our department,and 70 patients were analyzed,serum CRP levels was observed.Result Age and BMI of the patients compared to no significant difference not statistically significant,systolic blood pressure(t=5.462,P=0.002) and pulse pressure(t=3.254,P=0.023) between the two groups was significant,statistically significant(P0.05),hs-CRP two groups compared,the difference was significant(t=1.268,P=0.008),with a statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion CRP and inflammatory response has an important role in the process of the development of hypertension,with higher levels in the serum of patients with hypertension,detection indicators for hypertension diagnosis and testing.
