摘要
目的观察综合护理干预对慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡患者的生活质量影响。方法选取我院收治的120例慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象,将其采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者采用常规治疗及护理方法,观察组患者在常规治疗及护理的基础上再予以综合护理干预,比较两组患者的临床疗效及生活质量评分。结果两组患者经过8周的治疗及护理,观察组患者的临床总有效率及生活质量评分改善均较对照组患者有显著优势,差异具有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可以作为临床慢性胃炎及消化道溃疡患者治疗的重要辅助措施之一。
Objective To observe the comprehensive nursing intervention for chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer patient＇s quality of life influence.Methods Methods：120 cases were selected from the chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer patients as the research object,and the digital meter method by random divided into control group and observation group,each group of 60 cases.Control group were treated by routine therapy and nursing method,the observation group routine treatment and nursing in patients on the basis of comprehensive nursing intervention to be,and compared between the two groups patients clinical curative effect and quality of life score.Results Two groups of patients after eight weeks of treatment and nursing,the observation group patients clinical total effective rate and quality of life score improvement than control group patients have significant advantages,a statistically significant difference（P value are 0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can be used as a clinical chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer patients one of the important auxiliary measures.
