中西医结合治疗重症胰腺炎32例疗效观察

Combination of chinese traditional and western medicine in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis:a clinical observation of 32 cases

目的观察中西医结合治疗急性重症胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法将66例本病患者分为A组32例和B组34例,A组采用中西医结合治疗,B组采用西医常规治疗。结果 A组总有效率高于B组(P<0.05),并发症明显低于B组(P<0.05),机械通气方面比较A组明显低于B组(P<0.05),手术治疗方面比较A组明显低于B组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗重症胰腺炎疗效满意,可以提高总有效率,明显减少并发症,减少机械通气及手术治疗,降低治疗成本,值得推广。

Objective To study traditional and western medicine in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis clinical curative effect. Methods A total of 66 cases patients were divided into 32 cases in A group and B group 34 cases, group A was treated with integrated traditional chinese and western medicine treatment, group B was treated with routine treatment of western medicine. Results The total effective rate of A group was higher than that of group B （P 〈 0.05）, the complications were significantly lower than that in B group （P 〈 0.05）, mechanical ventilation compared to A group was significantly lower than those in B group （P 〈 0.05）, comparison of operation treatment in A group was significantly lower than B group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combination of traditional chinese and western medicine in treatment of severe acute panereatitis curative effect, can improve the total efficiency, reduce complications, reduce the mechanical ventilation and operation treatment, reducing the cost of treatment, worthy of promotion.
