中药外敷辅助放化疗治疗淋巴结转移性肿瘤临床观察

External application of Chinese medicine adjuvant chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of lymph node metastatic tumor

目的研究中药外敷辅助放化疗治疗淋巴结转移性肿瘤的疗效。方法选择淋巴结转移性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,分为给予中药外敷辅助放化疗治疗的观察组和单纯放化疗的对照组,观察两组的治疗效果、生活质量以及负面情绪。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率88.89%,疗效明显好于对照组;KPS评分、MUNSH评分、ESCA评分、总体生活质量评分均明显高于对照组;观察组NRS评分、HAMD评分、HAMA评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药外敷辅助放化疗能够有效的改善治疗效果,具有积极的治疗意义。

Objective To study the application of Chinese medicine adjuvant chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of lymph node metastatic tumor effect. Methods Selected of the lymph node metastatic tumor patients as the object of study, were divided into the treated with Chinese medicine external application of adjuvant chemoradiation therapy in observation group and simple chemotherapy in the control group, observed the curative effect, quality of life and negative emotions. Results The patients in the observation group treated with total effective rate 88.89%, curative effect is obviously better than the control group; KPS score, MUNSH score, ESCA score, and overall quality of life score were significantly higher than those in the control group; group NRS score, HAMD score, HAMA score was significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion External application of Chinese medicine adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy can effectively improve the effect of treatment, has positive therapeutic significance.
