C反应蛋白联合血常规对新生儿支气管感染性疾病诊断研究 被引量:18

摘要 目的探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)联合血常规在新生儿支气管感染性疾病的临床诊断价值。方法选择临床支气管感染新生儿212例为研究对象,根据感染病原体不同分为细菌感染组156例、病毒感染组56例,并选择124例新生儿非感染性疾病患儿为对照组,比较三组间感染性疾病中不同严重程度患儿CRP及血常规检查的差异。结果细菌感染组、病毒感染组、对照组三组间CRP、WBC、NUET、LYM两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),细菌感染CRP出现大幅升高;细菌感染组中重症感染与普通感染CRP、WBC差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CRP随病情严重程度而升高,细菌感染组中CRP与WBC呈正相关(r=0.539,P<0.05),CRP与NETU无相关性(P>0.05)。细菌感染组治疗后CRP与WBC均出现下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CRP联合血常规监测对新生儿支气管感染疾病的病原体鉴别、诊断及病情监测有重要临床意义。 Objective To investigate c-reactive protein (CRP) combined with routine blood in neonatal bronchial infectious disease clinical diagnostic value. Methods Chose 212 cases of neonatal clinical bronchial infection as the research object, according to the infection pathogens different divided into fine bacterial infection group (156 cases), virus infec- tion group (56 cases), and choose 124 cases of neonatal non-infectious diseases patients as control group, compare three categories and infectious diseases in children with different severity of CRP and the difference of routine blood test. Results CRP, WBC, NUET, LYM pairwise comparisons among the three groups of the bacterial infection, viral infection and control groups were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05), bacterial infection CRP increased significantly, se- vere infection and bacterial infection group. The common infections CRP, WBC significant difference (P 〈 0.05), CRP increased with the severity of the disease. Bacterial infection group, CRP and WBC were positively correlated (r = 0.539, P 〈 0.05), CRP and NETU No correlation (P 〉 0.05). Treatment of the bacterial infection group, CRP and WBC were declined, compared with before treatment were significantly different (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion CRP joint blood routine monitoring to the newborn bronchial infection disease pathogen identification, diagnosis and condition monitoring has important clinical significance.
