Venaflow压迫法预防妇产科高危患者深静脉血栓形成的初步观察研究

The venaflow compression method for prevention of obstetrics and gynecology patients at high risk of deep vein thrombosis of the preliminary study

目的分析venaflow压迫法对妇产科高危患者深静脉血栓形成与血流动力学的影响。方法筛选妇产科深静脉血栓高危风险患者40例随机分为两组:实验组采用venaflow的小腿充气压迫法,对照组采用常规小腿按摩法加序贯加压袜。分别于第1、3、7天检测股静脉平均流速和纤溶酶原激活物抑制因子1(PAI-1)的水平。结果下肢静脉彩超少量显示下肢小静脉血栓存在,两组干预前后平均静脉流速明显增快,但第3天结果无统计学差异,第7天静脉流速差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。第8天后空腹血PAI-1在组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 venaflow压迫法是预防妇产科高危患者深静脉血栓形成的一种较为理想的物理方法 ,明显地加快静脉血流速,同时刺激内源性纤维蛋白溶解活性。

Objective To analyze the venaflow compression method for obstetric and gynecologic patients at high risk of deep vein thrombosis and hemodynamic effects. Methods Did screening for High Risk Obstetrics and Gynecology deep venous thrombosis 40 cases, which were randomly divided into two groups：The experimental group of mining venaflow calf pneumatic force method,and the control group adopted conventional leg massage combined with sequential compression stockings. Tested of femoral vein average velocity and plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 （PAI-1） level in the first,third,seventh days. Results Venous ultrasound displayed of lower extremity venous thrombosis in small amounts, in two groups before and after the intervention of the average velocity of vein was significantly faster,but on the third day the results were not statistically different,seventh days of venous flow with significant statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）.After eighth days of fasting serum PAI-1 in groups there was a significant statistical differenee（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Venaflow compression method is the prevention of obstetric and gynecologic patients at high risk of deep vein thrombosis which is a relatively ideal physical method, it＇s clearly accelerate venous blood flow velocity, and stimulation of endogenous fibrinolysis activity.
