泛昔洛韦联合薄芝糖肽治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

Efficacy observation of famciclovir combined with Bozhi glycopeptide in treatment of herpes zoster

目的观察泛昔洛韦联合薄芝糖肽治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法随机将98例患者分为两组,对照组47例用泛昔洛韦治疗,治疗组51例用泛昔洛韦联合薄芝糖肽治疗,15 d为一个疗程,观察皮损愈合情况,3个月后观察带状疱疹后遗神经痛情况。结果治疗组有效率为92.15%,对照组有效率为76.60%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组后遗神经痛发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论泛昔洛韦联合薄芝糖肽治疗带状疱疹疗效显著优于单纯使用泛昔洛韦。

Objective To observe the efficacy of famciclovir combined with bozhi glycopeptide in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods Ninety-eight patients were randomly divided into two groups. Forty-seven patients of the control group received famciclovir treatment and fifty-one patients of the treatment group received famciclovir combined with bozhi glycopeptide treatment. Fifteen days was one treatment course. The healing of skin lesions was observed and the postherpetic neuralgia after 3 months were observed. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 92.15% and the effective rate of the control group was 76.60%,with statistically significant difference between the two grops （P 〈 0.05）. The treatment group was significantly lower than the^control group in the incidence rate of postherpetic neural- gia （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The efficacy of famciclovir combined with bozhi glycopeptide is superior to that of single famciclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster.
