卡介菌多糖核酸联合西替利嗪滴剂治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效分析

Efficacy of polysaccharide and nucleic acid injection combined cinnarizine drops in the treatment of chronic urticaria

目的观察卡介菌多糖核酸联合西替利嗪滴剂治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效,为临床治疗荨麻疹寻找有效的治疗方案提供指导依据。方法将2010年12月～2012年12月在我院确诊的慢性荨麻疹患者80例按就诊先后顺序分为观察组(卡介菌多糖核酸联合西替利嗪滴剂治疗)和对照组(西替利嗪滴剂治疗)两组,每组各40例,比较两组治疗2个疗程后的总有效率及不良反应。结果与对照组比较,观察组的总有效率达90%,明显高于对照组(70%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且两组治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应。治疗结束后对痊愈患者随访3个月。观察组在第3个月复发2例;对照组第3个月复发6例,观察组的复发率(5%,2/40)明显低于对照组(15%,6/40),两组复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡介菌多糖核酸联合西替利嗪滴剂治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效确切,安全性好,复发率低,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of BCG PSN combined cinnarizine drops treatment programs,and to provide guidance on the treatment of chronic Urticaria. Methods A total of 80 cases of chronic urticaria patients diagnosed in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012 by visiting sequence were divided into observation group （BCG PSN combined west behalf cinnarizine drops treatment） and the control group（cetirizine cinnarizine drops treatment） groups,40 cases in each group,the total efficiency and adverse reactions were compared between two groups courses after treatment two months. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was 90%,was significantly higher than that the control group（70%）,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. And two groups during the treatment period no serious adverse reactions. Cured patients followed up for 3 months after the end of treatment. Observation group in the first three months were two cases of recurrence;control group in the first three months 6 cases of recurrence ,the recurrence rate（5%, 2/40） of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group （15%, 6/40）,the difference of the two groups relapse rate was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion BCG PSN combined west behalf cinnarizine drops treatment of chronic urticaria exact, security, the recurrence rate, worthy of promotion.
