健康教育联合音乐疗法对提高哮喘患儿雾化吸入糖皮质激素治疗的依从性研究

Compliance study of inhaled corticosteroids in the treatment of health education combined music therapy for children with asthma atomization

目的探讨健康教育联合音乐疗法在提高小儿哮喘患者雾化吸入糖皮质激素治疗中的作用。方法将2012年6～12月间在我院住院的400例需接受雾化吸入糖皮质激素治疗的哮喘患儿分为联合治疗组200例和对照组200例。对照组在治疗时不进行任何干预,仅予常规护理,而联合治疗组则在常规护理的基础上进行相关疾病及治疗方法的健康教育,同时在进行雾化吸入的过程中播放音乐。治疗1周后对两组的依从性和临床疗效进行比较。结果联合治疗组患儿无论在雾化吸人的依从性上还是在临床疗效上均明显优于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论健康教育联合音乐疗法能有效提高哮喘患儿雾化吸入糖皮质激素治疗的依从性和临床疗效,改善患者临床症状,减少哮喘发作次数。

Objective To discuss the health education combined with music therapy improving the role of pediatric asthma patients nebulized glucocorticoid treatment. Methods All of 400 children with asthma required to accept inhalation glucocorticoid treatment,treated in our hospital or outpatient from June to December in 2012, divided into the combined treatment group and the control group, each group was 200 cases.In the process of treatment, there was no any intervention only to routine care to the control group. To the combined treatment group, there is conventional carerelated diseases and treatment methods of health education adding playing music in the process of aerosol inhalation. The two groups were compared on compliance and clinical efficacy after one week of treatment. Results Regardless of aerosol inhalation or the clinical efficacy, combined treatment group were significantly better than the control group.In addtion, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Health education combined music therapy can effectively improve the children with asthma inhalation into compliance and clinical efficacy of glucocorticoid treatment,improve clinical symptoms, and reduce the number of asthma attacks.
